eDistrict DNH Check Application Status

Follow the below steps to check the Application Status,

Without Login :
** Enter the ‘’Unique Application ID’ received during the submission of application.
** Click on ‘Search’ button to check the Application Status

After Login :
** Click on ‘Status Search ’ button which is just beside ‘Dash Board’ button to check the application status.
** Enter the ‘’Unique Application ID’ received during the submission of application.
** Click on ‘Search’ button to check the Application Status

How to Register ?

** To access any service provided on e-District Portal citizen need to register first.
** Click the link ‘Create New Account’ located at below side

** After clicking on ‘Create New Account’ link, you need to fill the below registration page. There are both mandatory and non mandatory fields on the registration page, * distinguishes the mandatory field.

** Error message appears in case user enters wrong data value in any of the fields.
** After entering the correct details in above eForm, click on ‘Register’ button

** After clicking on ‘Register’ button a ‘One Time Password’ will be sent on given mobile number and email id
** Enter the OTP in the text field and click on ‘Register OTP’

** On click of “Register OTP” button user will receive a success SMS/Email for activation “User registration has been successfully completed. Please login to continue “is displayed.
** After that User has to login with the credential to avail the eDistrict services.

Apply the Services

** Using the credentials login to eDistrcit portal.
** After successful login the below page will display. Choose the particular department or write the Service Name in Service Name text box to search for a particular service..
** After selecting the Department, the related services of particular Department will be displayed. Click on ‘Apply Online’ to apply for the particular service.

1. Role of Saral Seva Kendra.(How Can I Apply The e-Services Through SSK)
The Common Services Centers (CSCs) are front end service delivery points for delivery of Government, Financial, Social and Private Sector services in the areas of agriculture, health, education, FMCG products, banking, insurance, pension, utility payments, etc.

The citizen can directly visit to its nearest Saral Seva Kendra with the supporting documents (As mentioned in the Annexure section in GO) required to avail the particular service and handover it to the VLE (Village Level Entrepreneur) to submit the application on behalf of citizen.

He pays the required fee to the VLE and collect the acknowledgement slip of submission of his application.

2. What is Offline Form?
** User has an option to apply offline for which he/she is provided with an option to download the form on clicking the ‘Offline Download eForm’ button which is just beside ‘Apply Online’ button.

After downloading the form the user can submit it along with required documents mentioned in Annexure for the particular service..
** Offline form download option is available for each service and it is just beside ‘Apply Online’ button of all the services listed..

3. Forgot password?
** Click on ‘Forgot Password’ link on Home page to recover the password
** Enter the required information and then click on ‘Get Password’ button
** A OTP(One Time Password) will be sent on registered mobile number and E-mail ID. Enter the OTP in textbox and click on ‘Register OTP’ button
** After clicking the ‘Register OTP’ , your password will be sent to your Email-ID
