** PIN can be generated for active cards only
** If the card is temporarily blocked, then you will need to unblock the card to initiate regeneration of PIN
** PIN cannot be regenerated for Debit/Credit Cards that are permanently blocked

1. Do all the billers accept payment using Credit Card?
Majority of the billers accept payments via the Kotak Credit Card. However, you will not be able to make Visa Credit Card Payments, Get Money or pay Direct Taxes with your Kotak Credit Card.

2. I’d like to have a physical Debit Card as well. Can I apply for one?
Yes, you can. You can request one once your Kotak 811 savings account is opened. You can select the option to receive physical Debit Card in the account opening journey. You can also request one at a later date, via our Mobile Banking app. (Physical Debit card will be charged at Rs. 299 p.a.)

3. Will I be charged for using complimentary lounge access feature on eligible debit cards?
A nominal charge of Rs. 2 will be applicable every time you use complimentary lounge access facility.
