Procedure for Registering New User

** In Meeseva Dept Home Page Select Meeseva Online Portal.
** Meeseva Online Portal Log In Page displayed.
** Click New User Registration Link
** After Selection of New User Registration, New User Registration window displayed
** Enter all Create Profile ID details such as Desired Login ID, Password, Confirm Password, Secret Question and Your Answer
** Select SMS Alers and Click Submit Button for Registration Submission
** After Submission One Time Password panel generated
** Here Citizen receives One Time Password to his/her Registered Mobile No
** Enter One Time Password and click Confirm button
** After Confirmation “Thank you for registering! A confirmation email has been sent to registered mail ID. Please click on the Activation Link to Activate your account” message displayed.
** Once clicking of Activation link “Congratulation your Account has been Activated” Message displayed.

S.No Field Name Validations
1 User ID 1. First Character should be an alphabet
2. 6-10 Characters Length
2 Password 1. One upper case Alphabet
2. One Lower case Alphabet
3. 8-10 Characters Length
Here we can also fill Farmer details with the help of Aadhaar number.

“MeeSeva” in Telugu means, ‘At your service’, i.e. service to citizens. It is a good governance initiative that ncorporates the vision of National eGov Plan “Public Services Closer to Home” and facilitates single entry portal for entire range of G2C& G2B services.

The objective of MeeSeva is to provide smart, citizen centric, ethical, efficient and effective governance facilitated by technology.

The initiative involves universal and non-discriminatory delivery of all government services to citizens & Businessmen of all strata and improved efficiency, transparency and accountability for the government.

The initiative features transformed government-citizen interface at all levels of administration along with a shared governance model.

The Project brings in a digital PKI enabled integrated architecture through multiple service delivery points by fusing in the various pre-existing state initiatives with the Mission-mode Projects like State Data Center (SDC), State Wide Area Network (SWAN) and Common Service centers (CSCs) of the National eGovernance Plan (NeGP) of Government of India.
