What is Nagaland GPF Information System?

The online GPF Information System is launched by the Office of the Principal Accountant General (A&E) Nagaland, Kohima for the registered GPF subscribers of the Grade C and above employees of the State Government of Nagaland.

For availing SMS service(for sms alerts with regards to details of credits and debits in the GPF accounts) a subscriber has to register his/her mobile number to the Office of the Principal Accountant General(A&E), Nagaland, Kohima

In order to access GPF status, the subscriber has to select the GPF series name and enter the GPF Account Number, his/her PIN(Personal Identification Number) in the relevant boxes provided.

How To Use Nagaland GPF Information System?

Nagaland GPF Information System Procedure

1. Go to AG Website
2. On the left hand of the website Click on the link
3. Once you are linked to 164.100.149.137/gpf/ . Click on Subscriber Login
*Series name will EDN for Education, AGRI for Agriculture etc.
*Account number is the GPF account number.
*PIN send by AG Office in your registered mobile no.

4. Once you are logged in, you will received OTP(One Time Password) which is a six-digit number in your registered mobile no.
5. Enter the OTP in the Box and Click ‘Submit’. (If you do not receive OTP click ‘Resend OTP’)

Note : OTP will expire after 20 minutes.

6. Once you log in you can check for –
a. Statement of GPF
b. GPF Credit Details
c. Get Missing Credit Details
d. Change Pin
7. After downloading the e-statement, enter the password when prompted. Password is SeriesNameAccNo e.g: EDN3345.

1. Am I eligible to subscribe to GPF? Is there any exception?
All permanent Government Servants, all temporary employees including Apprentices and Probationers who have completed one year’s continuous service and all re-employed pensioners who are not eligible for admission to the Contributory Provident Fund, are required to subscribe to the GPF

2. I am a temporary Government Servant. Do I have to Subscribe to the GPF?
A temporary Government Servant normally begins to subscribe to the fund on completion of on year’s continuous service. If he completes this during the middle of a month, the subscription will commence from the subsequent month.

A temporary Government servant including Apprentice and Probationer can, at his option, subscribe to the Fund any time before completion of one year’s continuous service, if he is appointed against a regular vacancy which is likely to continue for more than a year.

3. How do I get start subscribing to the GPF?
No application for admission to the GPF is necessary in the case of Government servants after a continuous service of one year. They are under the rules required to subscribe to the GPF.

Application for admission to the Fund is necessary in the case of temporary Government servants who desire to subscribe to the fund before completion of one year’s continuous service.

4. Can I opt not to subscribe to the GPF?
A subscriber may elect not to subscribe to his GPF during extra-ordinary leave, half pay leave and leave not due. He should communicate this to the Head of Office before proceeding on leave.

5. What is the minimum rate that I can subscribe to the Fund?
The minium rate that a subscriber can subcribe to the Fund is 6% of Basic Pay+Dearness Pay. Subscription at less than six% is permissible in case where the suscriber elects to subscribe at the minimum rate fixed and where by the rounding off rule, the fraction of a rupee of less than fifty paise, gets eleminted
