I have completed a Citibank Easy Recharge transaction. While Account/Credit Card has got debited, my recharge balance has not increased. What do I do?
No worries. For transactions where the Account/Credit Card has got debited, reversals will be processed within 3 working days (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) if transaction fails at the operator end.
Will Citibank charge me for using the Easy Recharge service?
No. This service is offered free to customers.
What should I do if my recharge transaction fails?
If the recharge transaction fails and the money gets reversed to your account/Credit Card instantly, we request you to try a different denomination.
