Now you can pay the electricity bill of UGVCL online.

How To Pay Bill Online?

1. Fill all the necessary details in Payment Detail and submit the request.

2. Verify Payment Detail and process further by clicking on the Pay Now button.

3. Quick Online Pay screen will be redirected to Payment Gateway.

4. After completion of payment, Payment Acknowledgement will be displayed.

5. You may take a print-out of the payment acknowledgement by clicking on the Save & Print button.

6. Transaction processing fees for Net Banking is Nil for first transaction per bill. For more than one transaction per bill, processing charges of Rs. 2.50 per transaction shall be debited to the consumers.

7. Transaction processing fees for E-Wallets and other EBPP channels is Nil for first transaction per bill.For more than one transaction per bill, processing charges of Rs. 2.50 per transaction shall be debited to the consumers.

8. Transaction processing fees for Debit Cards is Nil of Customer Payment Amount Plus No GST till Rs.2000 and 0.85% of the Customer Payment Amount Plus GST , [Subject to minimum of Rs.5/- per transaction] for transaction amount above Rs.2000.

9. Transaction processing fees for Credit Cards is 0.85% of Customer Payment Amount till Rs.2000 and 0.85% of the Customer Payment Amount Plus GST for transaction amount above Rs.2000. All cards transaction are subject to minimum of Rs.5/-

10. Transaction processing fees for UPI is Nil of Customer Payment Amount Plus No GST till Rs.2000 and 0.85% of the Customer Payment Amount Plus GST for transaction amount above Rs.2000.

11. Transaction processing fees for Bharat QR Code is 1% of transaction amount, GST applicable for transaction amount above Rs.2000/- [Subject to minimum of Rs.5/- per transaction.]

12. VISA Credit/Debit Card holder can pay energy bill through VISA Bill Pay website.

Incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 in Sept-2003 as a result of unbundling of erstwhile Gujarat Electricity Board pursuant to Power Sector Reforms initiated by the Central and State Governments, the Company became commercially operational since April-2005. Terms & Conditions:
1. I/We agree and accept the services provided by UGVCL at my/our request to carry out my/our bill payments through Infinity instructions on my/our account, given by me/us from time to time.

2. I/We agree to provide my/our correct identification details as registered with the billing company. I/We agree to indemnify the Bank from any liability due to incorrect information in this regard. I/We also agree to communicate any change in identification details as registered with the billing company to the Bank within the time specified by the Bank.

3. I/We have no objection whatsoever, to the billing company providing my/our billing details to the Bank.

4. While the Bank will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the billing details, the Bank is not liable for any error. I/We shall not hold the bank responsible for any loss, damages, etc. that may be incurred / suffered by me/us, if the information contained turns out to be inaccurate/incorrect.

5. I/We agree that any disputes on bill details will be settled directly with the concerned office of the UGVCL and the Bank’s responsibility is limited to provision of information only.

6. I/We agree that we will make bill amount payments as required by the UGVCL. I/We will not hold the Bank responsible for the biller rejecting the bill amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.

7. I/We agree to pay full amount of electricity bill otherwise my/our connection is liable for disconnection and delay payment charges will be leviable on full bill amounts as per company’s rules.

8. I/We agree that charges, if any, for the Bill Payment services will be at the sole discretion of the Bank and the Bank is at liberty to vary the same from time to time, without giving any notice.

9. I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transactions with the Bank shall be conclusive proof and binding for all purposes and can be used as evidence in any further proceeding.

10. I/We agree that the Bank/UGVCL is at liberty to withdraw at anytime the Bill Payment facility, or any services provided there under, in respect of any or all the account (s) without assigning any reason whatsoever, without giving me/us any notice.
