Do I have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional way?
UTC does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost only payment gateway charges will be extra.

I’ve lost my pass what do I do now?
A copy of the pass would have been collected from UTC Collection Counter. If you have not received your pass, you can apply for duplicate pass in website and you can collect it from collection centre of UTC. You have to pay for duplicate pass issue fee only.

Can I cancel the ticket?
No. The pass booked through UTC online can not be cancelled.

I don’t have a credit can I still buy tickets at UTC?
Yes. You don’t necessarily need to have a Credit card to buy pass on UTC. You can buy pass through Debit Card or Net Banking also. Or you can buy directly from UTC Counter.

I missed the bus. Do I get refund?
No. UTC does not provide any refund.

What credit/debit cards do you accept?
