Step-1 : Go to the link https://online.upmedicalcouncil.org/OnLineServices/NOC/frm_NOC.aspx
Step-2 : Select your “Type of Registration”
Step-3 : Enter your Registration Number & Date of Birth as entered within Registration Certificate.
Step-4 : Hit the “Authenticate” button.

Instructions On UP Medical Council NOC

1. NOC is valid for 6 month period.
2. NOC will be issued for a particular council as mentioned by the candidate.
3. After verification, NOC may be downloaded using his/her authentication details using website www.upmedicalcouncil.org
4. If any information is found to be incorrect or fake or any NOC is issued by mistake, U.P. Medical Council has the right to cancel the certificate.
5. In case of Online Payment Verification of documents will be done only after realisation of payment from Bank or after 2 working days from the date of transaction. Please confirm the payment from bank before retry in case of unsuccessful payment or retry after 2 working days.

5) The reason for applying for a NOC

You will receive an email with a link to complete your application. You will need to upload the following documents:

** A copy of your signature
