Refund / Cancellation Policy
Once the consumer makes payment online through www.mywaterbill.in and receives the confirmation message, the payment cannot be reversed.
Excess bill payments or more than one one payment for the same bill, will be adjusted in the next bill, provided the consumer intimate us about the same within 7 days of the transaction.
