How To Renew BBMP Trade License?

As per the court ruling blocking all the trades dated 13/12/2012 in writ petition 3676/2008 Traders who have been issued license after 25/01/2012, running their business in residential area as classified by Bangalore Development authority CDP plan 2015 shall not be eligible for renewal process.

If the trader renews the above license (see list) trade through online system it shall be deemed invalid.

Declaration By Applicant :
** I/We do hereby affirm and state that the information to be furnished by me/us in the trade license new or renewal application are true and correct to the best of my/ our knowledge and belief.
** I/ We further declare that I/We am/are aware that the trade license application is specifically for the Trade for which it is to be issued and does not regularize unauthorized constructions, or violations of building by laws and regulations and that I/We may be prosecuted for such infringements even though I/We have obtained a trade License under the act.
** I/We further understand that the Trade license may be suspended or cancelled in the event it is found that the business is being run in the premises that violating existing rules and zonal regulations as per the Comprehensive Development Plan 2015 issued by Bangalore Development Authority.
** I/We further undertake to have no objection in the authorities revoking the trade license in case there is any discrepancies,disputes,defects or false information in any documentation that is submitted by me/ us as stated in the application form.
** I/ We undertake that I/We will not employ/engage child labour for the purpose of carrying the trade.
** I/ We declare that incase of any objections/Complaints raised by immediate neighbors,I/We shall furnish all the documents and take corrective action as per the KMC act.

Online Trade License Renewal :
1 : Enter bbmp.gov.in in browser
2 : Click on Trade License
3 : Click on Online Trade License (For Public)
4 : Read and accept the terms & condition and click on Continue
5 : Select Search by Previous Application Number (2015-2016)
6 : Enter the Application No and click on Search
7 : It shows your previous year trade details
8 : Click on Confirm and details gets saved

Payment :
There are 3 Options
Online Payment : Once you save the Application, select the payment gateway type (Atom/Payu etc…) and click on Proceed to Payment.

At MOH Office/Bank :
Once application saved, download the application by clicking on Save & pay later at MOH/Bank office. Submit the Application form at MOH /Bank along with DD/Cheque /Cash (if trade fee is less 1000)
