HRMS is the flagship project of CMGI external Link(A society under General Administration (Administrative Reform) Department external Link , Government of Odisha external Link). In HRMS, an employee may apply leave, loan, or put forward his/ her report, request, or grievance through Internet. In return she/he can receive the sanction or reply on-line through internet from authorities. An authority may issue notification or orders of transfer, promotion or deputation of the employees on-line.

HRMS software automatically prepares all related accounts and registers like Service Book, Leave Account, Loan Account, Salary Account, Incumbency Chart etc, retrieving relevant data from transactions. Moreover it will also help retiring employees to prepare their own pension papers on click of buttons and help authorities to process pension papers easily and quickly. HRMS is an application software to carry out personnel transaction of government employees in on-line mode through Internet.

In this regard, the transactions, that have already taken place are already being captured as legacy data. The Service Book of each employee is the most composite repository of such transactions. Hence, service data of each employee from the service book creates backbone of HRMS software for provisioning above services.

HRMS Mobile Number Registration

To register your mobile number, you have to login.

Login Procedure :
You need to type your user-id and then your password in appropriate box and click Login button on the page. HRMS system will verify your user-id and password and allow you to login only if you are a valid user. This login page is a secured page and you can see a lock sign on the browser menu-bar. It means no body can hack your User-Id or Password on internet.

Note :
Only employees of Government of Orissa can access HRMS. Each employee of Government of Orissa is provided with a User-Id and Password to login into HRMS and use it.

Login Fails :
Login fails if you are not a valid user or you do not type in proper User-Id or Password on login page of HRMS. While typing in your user-id and password be sure to keep CAPS LOCK off in your computer-keyboard, because password in HRMS is case sensitive. Second, login also fails if your password is expired. You are supposed to keep changing your password in every 15 days for security reason. Password expires after 30 days of you set up new password in HRMS. Third reason of Login failure is due to locking up of your account. This may happen if somebody tried to login using a wrong password for more than 10 times.

If you fail to login for second or third reason, you should lodge a request for a new Password using ‘Unable to Access my Account’ link. You can avail this link on login page of HRMS. You can also request for User-Id using this link. OMGI will issue you a new Password along with your User-Id within 7 days from lodging of request.

Forgot Password :
You have to lodge a request for a new Password using ‘Unable to Access my Account’ link. You can avail this link on login page of HRMS. You can also request for User-Id using this link. OMGI will issue you a new Password along with your User-Id within 7 days from lodging of request.

Change Password :
You can change your password using my page>>my account link present at the top right side of Welcome page. Your password should be minimum of 5 letters long and it should have at least one digit in it.
