Kerala E-District

Kerala E-District project intend to provide Government services to citizens through Common Service Centers(CSC) which are easily accessible.

Services from different departments are brought under one umbrella at any CSC. Some of the services are also made available through online portal. It utilizes backend computerization to e-enable the delivery of services and ensures transparency and uniform application of rules.

The project involves integrated and seamless delivery of services to public by automation, integration and incorporating Business Process Re-Engineering(BPR) where ever required. In a nutshell Edistrict is a tailor made program for minimizing effort and time to provide prompt and effective services to the public.

e-District Certificate Verification

Just follow the simple steps mentioned below to verify e-District Certificate

Step-1 : Go to the link https://edistrict.kerala.gov.in/qrVerify.do?qr=qrVerify
Step-2 : Select Service
Step-3 : Enter Certificate Number
Step-4 : Click on “Submit” button.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

The fees once paid will not be refunded for applications which are successfully submitted or for successful bill payment services. Cancellation of applications / bill payments shall not be entertained. The amount paid may be settled with the respective departments. In case of a failed transaction the user shall have no right to claim the amount. The loss on this account shall not be borne either by Government or by the Banks / Payment Gateways. However automatic refund will be made for transactions which are not successful.

Notice:
Debit Card Payments are temporarily stopped. As per the decision taken by PayGov (National Payment Services Platform, G.O.I) Debit Cards like Visa, MasterCard and Maestro shall be charged at 0.45% Below 2000/- and 0.90% Above 2000. However there will be NIL service charges for RuPay Debit Card.

KSITM is in talks with our Payment Gateway Partner to incorporate the new charges within e-District application’s Payment System. All debit card transactions including payments made through RuPay Debit Card will remain suspended until further notice. Inconvenience caused is highly regretted

Terms and Condition:
The Kerala State IT Mission on behalf of Government of Kerala provides only the facility for transacting with Government Offices through the Internet. The service delivery is subject to the acts and rules promulgated by the Government from time to time. Electronic delivery of Government services are in compliance to the IT act 2000. The special conditions and the terms of service applicable to Internet delivery are detailed in this document.
