How To Obtain Himachal Building Plan Approval?

Go to Home Page-> Click on “Register” button -> Registration as a new user -> After Registration user have to login by clicking “login” button from the home page by giving respective username and password -> After login user have to fill up and submit the Form-1,Form1A, Questionaires online for Himachal Buliding paln Approval Application.

User Account Information

1. Enter Your Password*
2. Enter Confirm Password
3. Click on submit button.

After online submission of Building Plan Approval, Take the printout of Form1 and send along with mandatory documents duly signed by Occupier to ” Chief Inspector of Factories, Labour and Employment Department Himachal Pradesh,Himrus Building Shimla 9″ within 15 days from date of Submission.

Licence Fee Payment

1. The amount of licence fee is dependent upon the two variables i.e. maximum number of workers employed, amount of power installed.
** Therefore, you are required to provide information on two parameters year wise. incase of Renewal Fee is Calculated Fee + Amendment Fee + (Late fee if any).
** In case of Amendment , Rs. 100 per Amendment(Change in no. of worker, power load, occupier, factory name)
** For Payment At Bank Counter generate a Challan online / Pay online using net banking using Payment option while Applying Registration/Renewal.

2. For Manual Payment, Print Generated eChallan and Make payment by cash at Bank Counter. After Payment update Payment details in OFRIS before submission Registration/Renewal Application Online.

3. There is no need to visit the labour officer Office For Challan verification.
For Online Payment , A user must have a net banking Account in the banks Listed in Availble Banks link.

Himachal Building Plan Approval Backlog Application

Incase A buliding Plan Approved manually, and a factory now has to Apply for Registration online,Go to Home Page-> Click on login button -> After registration (as Buliding Plan Approved ) user have to login by clicking login button from the home page by giving respective username and password -> Submit Form1 , Form1A, questionaires -> Submit the Application for Verification by Department. After Verification of Buliding Plan by Department, a User can Apply for Backlog factory Registration online.

Note :
** Notification to applicant will be sent to his Email. Hence request to provide correct email address and mobile number.
** Take print copy of application form after submitting.
** Send by post mandatory documents as per checklist duly signed by Occupier to ” Chief Inspector of Factories, Labour and Employment Department Himachal Pradesh,Himrus Building Shimla 9″ within 15 days from date of Submission.
