What is INC NRTS System?

Indian Nursing Council, Nurses Registration & Tracking System (NRTS). Nurses who have enrolled themselves through internet at https://nrts.indiannursingcouncil.gov.in/login.nic will have to visit respective State Nursing Councils for the purpose of Aadhaar based biometric authentication. M/s. FINO PayTech will not do their Aadhaar based biometric authentication.

Objectives of NRTS

How To Check INC NUID?

INC NUID is a Nurse Unique Identity Number which is verifiable and identifiable across the country.

Step-3 : Click on “Fetch Details” button

NRTS Data Correction Procedure

It is brought to the notice of those nurses who have enrolled through M/S FINO the enrollment agency for NRTS and later, on verification it is found that some of the nurse’s data particularly the scanned copies of the certificates are not clearly readable. Therefore the following procedure is worked out to get the data from those nurses only.

M/s FINO the enrollment agency will send the whats-app message from +91-7703009419 Mobile number only to those nurses whose uploaded scanned certificates are not readable.

The message will be as follows:
“Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m Santosh Mishra writing this message from Fino PayTech Ltd. On behalf of INC, requesting you to please provide following scanned copies of original documents, It’s required for correction of your NRTS enrollment against SNC registration No.XXXXX.

** Name of Certificate-1 (Document)
** Name of Certificate-2 (Document)
** Name of Certificate-3 (Document)

Please send documents on email ID “nrts-data-correction@finopaytech.com” only, while sending mail please don’t forget to add your SNC registration number in subject line. On receipt of the requisite documents, it will be rectified in the NRTS Software. On rectification that NUID card and Nurse Passbook will be provided.

Attention of Nurses Invited

The immediate attention of those nurses who have registered themselves in the Nurses Registration & Tracking System (NRTS) at https://nrts.indiannursingcouncil.gov.in/login.nic is invited that, their Aadhaar based biometric authentication will be done at respective State Nursing Councils.

For this, they should contact their respective State Nursing Councils with a prior appointment. Till the appointment is taken, no Nurse should directly visit the State Nursing Council for this purpose. If any clarification/ errors you encounter with respect to NRTS, you are requested to submit the same by clicking on the button “HELPDESK”.

Note:
If the application is not submitted within 15days from the date of entry of the application, the application will be deleted along with uploads.

Attention of Self Enrolled Nurses those who have not submitted properly in NRTS:
Only those Nurses who have self enrolled and not submitted properly may note that these data Nurses data can not be processed as they have not submitted successfully. Accordingly this data has been deleted , they can verify here by selecting their parent State Nursing Council and entering their RN/RM Number. If they find their RN/RM number they can proceed

To either enroll afresh in NRTS, after that go to respective State Nursing Council with prior appointment for Bio metric authentication and photo capturing. OR Go to nearest enrollment center to enroll in NRTS.

4. Enter your name.
5. Enter your date of birth.
6. Select your gender.
7. Enter your father’s name.
8. Enter your mother’s name.
9. Enter your email address.
10. Enter your mobile number.
11. Enter your Aadhaar number.
12. Enter your PAN number.
13. Select your educational qualification.
14. Upload a scanned copy of your photograph.
15. Upload a scanned copy of your signature.
16. Click on the “Register” button. You will receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your mobile number.
