Presenting this health ID to a participating healthcare provider will allow you to receive your lab reports, prescriptions and diagnosis digitally from verified doctors and health service providers seamlessly.

How To Create Health ID?

Health ID will make it easy for you to securely access and manage your health data digitally. You can create your Health ID using just your Mobile Number or Aadhaar Number. You will also get to setup a PHR (Personal Health Records) Address for consent management, and subsequent sharing of health records.

Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://healthid.ndhm.gov.in/register
Step-2 : Enter your Aadhaar Number (or) Virtual ID to Generate Health ID

Step-3 : Read the Instruction, Agree and then Click on Submit button
Step-4 : Enter 6 digit OTP code for Aadhaar received on your registered mobile number
Step-5 : Click on Submit button
