Crime and Criminal Tracking Network & Systems (CCTNS) (Digital Police Citizen Services) is Managed By National Crime Records Bureau, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

CCTNS aims at creating a comprehensive and integrated system for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of policing through adopting of principle of e-Governance and creation of a nationwide networking infrastructure for evolution of IT-enabled-state-of-the-art tracking system around ‘Investigation of crime and detection of criminals’.

Generate Vehicle NOC :
Vehicle matching facility allows citizen to search vehicle details and generate NOC by providing Registration Number, Chassis Number and Engine Number. System will help citizen to identify if vehicle is suspicious in nature or not.

Missing Person Search :
Person matching search facility enables citizen to match the missing person with unidentified found person from the National Database of CCTNS. Citizens can provide the identifying parameters of the missing person and system will provide results from Police database.

Proclaimed Offender Search :
Citizen can use Proclaimed Offender search to view and print data of proclaimed offenders declared by court.
