How To Do CPWD Contractor Registration?
Follow the below steps for CPWD Contractor Registration
Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://cpwdpims.nic.in/CEMS_2021/Default.aspx
Step-2 : Click on the login “Contractor’s Login”
Step-3 : Then click on the link “Register” link under “New Applicant?”
Step-4 : Fill the online application form
Step-5 : Click on Register button
Note:
** Contractor has to fill up details of Individual/Firm/Company in the Applicant name for enlistment.
** Applicant PAN will be his/her Login ID.
** Please fill the correct mobile number and email as the same will be used for all future communications, including for your ID and password.
Eligibility Criteria For Enlistment
1 The status of an applicant for enlistment as a contractor in CPWD may be one of the following.
(a) An individual, who is a citizen of India.
(b) Sole proprietorship
(c) Partnership firm
(d) Limited liability partnership
(e) Private limited company
(f) Public limited company
2. No individual or firm, limited liability partnership, private or public limited company having such individual as one of its partners or directors, who is a dismissed government servant; or demoted to a lower class of enlistment; or removed from the enlistment; or having business banned by any government department or public sector undertaking or local body or autonomous body in the past; or convicted by a court of law, shall be entitled for enlistment. However, enlistment may be considered where disciplinary action was taken against the contractor for a specified period and such period is already over.
3. No engineer or any other official employed in engineering or administrative duties in any engineering department of the Government of India/State Government /Central and State PSUs is allowed to work in CPWD either as a contractor or as an employee of a contractor for a period of one year after his retirement from service unless he has obtained prior permission of his employer Government to do so.
4. A partner of a firm or a director of a company enlisted as a contractor cannot be a partner or director in any other firm/company in that category in CPWD.
5. A contractor is permitted to have enlistment in more than one category but not in more than one class in the same category.
6. A contractor is not permitted to have enlistment in more than one name in a category

Frequently Asked Question FAQ On CPWD Contractors’ Enlistment Management System Registration/Login
1. How to generate first time user Id and password?
Go to Contractors’ Login → Click on “First time user? Click to register” → Fill the details. After click on “Register” button, user Id and password will be sent to** your Mobile number and Email.
2. How to retrieve my Applicant ID?
Your Applicant ID is PAN.
3. How to retrieve forgot password?
Go to Contractors’ Login → Click on “Forgot password” enter your user Id → Select mode for get message via Email or Mobile number.
4. Can I change category and class in draft application?
No, the draft has to be deleted and fresh application is to be filled.
5. Can I make any changes once application is submitted?
No, you cannot make any change.
6. Can I change my Applicant ID(PAN) if there is an error?
Yes, you can change while registration.
7. Do I need to send hard copy of any documents?
No.
8. What is the mode of payment of Enlistment Fee ?
Enlistment Fee has to be paid by Log on to home page of NTR portal on “https://bharatkosh.gov.in”. Detailed procedure has been prescribed in ‘Instructions For Applications’ at Page – 17 of Rule for Enlistment of Contractors in CPWD, 2021, available on this module.
