How To Generate Union Bank of India Self ATM PIN ?

Please ensure that you are calling from mobile number registered in your account with Union Bank of India to our toll free number and your ATM card should be active.

Steps:
** Select your preferred language
** Select “option 3” for “Self-pin” generation.

Followed by “option 2” to generate “Duplicate debit card pin generation”
** Please enter your 15 digit account No
** Press 1 to confirm.
** Press 2 to re-enter

This is a two-step process
** Step 1 is to GENERATE for pass code.
** Step 2 is to confirm passcode and generate duplicate pin.

Option 1 to Generate for passcode:
** Please enter your DOB.(DDMMYYYY)
** Please enter your 16 digit debit card number.
** Please enter the Expiry Date of your debit card (MMYY)
** Access Validated.
** 8 Digits passcode shall be sent to customer’s registered mobile number through SMS.
** Note (Passcode is valid for 2 hours only).
** If you have received your pass code on your registered mobile No Press 1 and continue to verify your passcode to create duplicate ATM pin.
** Please enter your 8 digits passcode.
** Please enter the 3 digits CVV number of your debit card.
** Please enter 4 digits ATM pin.(As Per your own choice).
** Please re-enter your new 4 digits pin for confirmation.
** Your new ATM pin has been created successfully.

If you have disconnected your call after generating Passcode:
Again dial Toll Free Number and Select “option 3” for self-pin generation followed by “option 2” for Duplicate Debit Card PIN generation.

Option 2 to confirm passcode and to create duplicate ATM Pin:
** Please enter 16 digits of your Debit card number.
** Please enter your 8 digits passcode.
** Please enter the 3 digits CVV number of your debit card.
** Please enter 4 digits ATM pin.(As Per your own choice).
** Please re-enter your new 4 digits pin for confirmation.
** Your new ATM pin has been created successfully.

What is GREEN PIN?

GREEN PIN, the green initiative & a value added service, offers an effortless and hassle free ATM PIN generation for existing as well as new debit card customers. Customers can set their ATM PIN for new debit cards instantly after receiving the debit card by visiting our Bank ATM/ Other Bank’s ATM.

Customers can also make use of this functionality in case they forget their existing ATM PIN. This facility is in addition to the instant PIN regeneration functionality available through automated IVR call. Customers can easily use this service without visiting the branch/ contact the customer care and wait for the PIN mailer.

Features of GREEN PIN

The features of the Green Pin are as under:

** Customer can reset their ATM PIN instantly using Green PIN solution.
** Green PIN generation on ATMs for existing and new customers.
** ATM PIN setup using Green PIN through own and other Bank ATMs.
** Green PIN OTP can be generated only on our Bank ATMs. The OTP validation can be done in our Bank as well as other Bank ATMs.
** Customer who has opted Green PIN need to validate OTP and change PIN in first use. In other Bank ATMs OTP can be used as old PIN & customer has to do mandatorily a PIN change transaction.
** Green PIN OTP is only for one time usage with maximum 3 attempts. OTP will get expire after 3 wrong attempts & customer has to regenerate new OTP from our Bank’s ATM to set the new ATM PIN.
** Green PIN OTP will be 4 digits to support usage on our and other Bank’s ATM network.
