Application for Registration of Fishing Nets

This application is used by the fishermen to apply for the Fishing NetsIn this Applicant’s Name, Id Proof(PAN Card Number/E.P.I.C Card number), House No, District, Taluka, Village and verification code are mandatory.

Process Workflow :
Below is the high level process an application undergoes from the time application is submitted till the application is processed completely.
** Fill Online Application
** Receive Confirmation Number
** Downlaod the completed application
** Get SMS/Email updates on the application progress
** Check latest status at eservices.goa.gov.in

Instructions to fill online application :
Field in the application form Purpose of the field Applicant’s Name Full Name of the Applicant Mobile Number Mobile Number of the applicant Email Id Email ID of the applicant
** Id Proof Pick one from the dropdown. This can be one of the Permanent Application Number (PAN) 10digits or (E.P.I.C) Card number(17 Digits).
** Id Proof Number Enter your PAN card or EPIC Card number based on the above drop down selection

Applicant Details :
** House No Applicant’s House no
** Ward No Enter the Applicants Ward no
** District Select district of the applicant
** Taluka Select taluka of the applicant
** Village Select Village of the applicant

Net Details :
Type of Net Enter the type of the applicant is applying for Location of Net Enter the location of the Net

Status Enquiry :
** Applicant can receive status updates as the application progresses via SMS or email or on the web.
** If a phone number/Email is provided while completing the application online at eservices.goa.gov.in , SMS or email is sent on the appropriate phone no/email id with the latest information about the application. Applicant is notified about approvals/rejections/ request for additional information etc.
** The Applicant can check the status of the application using eservices.goa.gov.in by providing the PAN Card Number/ E.P.I.C Card Number/ Application Number.
