Note :

** Incomplete entries are liable to be rejected.

Document copies to be enclosed :
** A Scanned copy of Toursit Taxi Permit valid at a time of payment of Tourism Tax.
** A Scanned Copy of Registration Certificate of Tourist Taxi.
** A copy of Fittness Certificate.
** Supported File Extensions are .jpg/.jpeg/.gif/.doc/.pdf

Declaration :
** I Shri. state as under that while on duty(i.e, while driving Tourist Taxi or while carrying passengers ) I shall wear clean clothes, shoes, with proper hair cut, shave.
** I shall charge the passenger as per Government notified rates as may be revised from time to time.
** I shall intimate the RTO and the tourism department about sale/Transfer or scrapping of vehicle within 15 days.
** I shall not indulge in any illegal activities as may be prohibited by Law.
** I shall behave decently & politely with the passengers , especially with women, children and the elderly.
** I shall pay Tourism Tax regularly at the beginning of every financial year.

NOTE :
e-Service is an attempt to take the service delivery at your doorstep. This site at present does not generate any online certificate/record.It provides a means to submit the application online. The Applicant is requested to retain the Application Reference Number that shall be provided on successful submission of the application. The status of the same shall be made available through SMS/Email.
