Application of Retail Kerosene License :
Store Address Documents to be Enclosed :
** Verification certificate from legal methodology department
** Upload Verification certificate from legal methodology department
** Enclosure of Ration card holder acceptance document
** Enclosure of Ration card holder acceptance document Validation
Security Validation :
Please enter the security validation code that was displayed in the image After filling all the details the Applicant has to click the submit button, in order to for the department to receive the application and process it.
Status Enquiry
Applicant can receive status updates as the application progresses via SMS or email or on the web.
If a phone number/Email is provided while completing the application online at eservices.goa.gov.in , SMS or email is sent on the appropriate phone no/email id with the latest information about the application. Applicant is notified about approvals/rejections/ request for additional information etc.
The Applicant can check the status of the application using eservices.goa.gov.in by providing the PAN Card Number/ E.P.I.C Card Number/ Application Number.
Error Messages
All the fields marked with * are mandatory. Please ensure mandatory fields are entered before submitting the application. If any mandatory field is not supplied, the application prompts similar to an error message
Documents to be Enclosed Procedure :
** The Upload file should be Maximum 800 kb.
** The Upload file should be either jpg or pdf.
Note :
e-Service is an attempt to take the service delivery at your doorstep. This site at present does not generate any online certificate/record. It provides a means to submit the application online. The Applicant is requested to retain the Application Reference Number that shall be provided on successful submission of the application. The status of the same shall be made available through SMS/Email.
