b) You can send the documents via courier to – The Claims Department, Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Limited, Office no. 701 & 702, 7th floor, Silver Metropolis, Off Western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai – 400063.

A 10-Days Claims Settlement Guarantee – Offered for death claims received from all our Life Policies where 4 or more annual premiums have been paid. We are committed to settle such claims in flat 10 Calendar Days. In case of delay beyond regulatory turnaround time, applicable interest as per IRDAI regulations will be paid.

Claims where one or more mandatory documents are not submitted / Claims which warrant investigations / Claims from lapsed policies will be excluded from the above guarantee.
