What is Meesho’s Return & Exchange Policy?

Meesho offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our app itself.

However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:
** Product has to be in original & unused state
** Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
** We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order

Note: We do not offer returns on bulk orders.

How To Return Meesho Order?

To place a request for Return:
** Go to Meesho ‘Orders’ Tab
** Click on the Order which you want to Return
** Click on ‘RETURNS’ button for the product to be returned
** Next, select ‘REFUND’
** Fill the remaining form & click on ‘Submit’

Now, our team will review the request. Once approved Refund/Exchange will be initiated. Note: You have to upload original products images and NOT the Catalog image.

Please note if your customer has received the empty box/missing components, please give us a call or drop an email within 24 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained.

While we investigate on this case, request you to please make note of these pointers:
** Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
** You may be required to provide information like, short description of the case (A few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario).
** The snapshot of the original Box/Packet/Product.

What is a refund?
On cancellation or return, Meesho returns you the order value for prepaid orders. In case of online payment, the refund will be credited in your source account whereas, for COD, it will be credited in your bank account registered with Meesho.

Please Note:
In case you handover an extra/wrong product, the refund will NOT be initiated. Please ensure that you enter the correct quantity at the time of initiating the return request on the app.

What is the return and exchange policy for bulk orders?
We do not offer returns on bulk orders. You can only initiate a request for exchange in case a wrong product is delivered, like size, color or other issues. We have designed our returns and exchange policy so that our entrepreneurs can benefit from it. It helps them establish themselves as a trustworthy and reputed seller in their customer network.

We verify return requests very closely and take strict action against any fraud or non-genuine return cases. These actions can be non-acceptance of requests, cancellation of bonus payout, no return policy for the entrepreneur, temporary or permanent deactivation of the entrepreneur.

Note:
Before you place a bulk, we strongly recommend that you place a single order to check the quality of the product. This way you can ensure the product quality first and place the bulk order later. Therefore, please make use of this policy sincerely and honestly as we have seen many entrepreneurs build a strong customer network with its help.

Return or Exchange Policy:
At Meesho, we have a very flexible return and exchange policy for the unsatisfactory products with a few guidelines. Resellers must be aware of these rules before raising a request to avoid any sort of rejection.

Return/Exchange Rules:
** The product must be in original condition with no signs of usage.
** If you want to raise a return/exchange request, you must do it within the 7 days of product delivery.
** While raising a request, make sure you upload the original picture of the image instead of the catalogue image.
** We will accept the request only in case of a missing item or if the quality, size or design of the product mismatches the description.
** We do not offer returns on bulk orders.
