Cancellations:
For any cancellation days are counted excluding the date of departure

1. In case of FIT’s:
a) 60 days or more prior to departure, 20 % of published price.
b) 45 to 59 days prior to departure, 40% of the nett amount.
c) 0 to 44 days prior to departure, 100% of the nett amount.

2. In case of Group Booking:
a) 120 days or more prior to departure, 5% of published price.
b) 90 to 119 days prior to departure, 10% of published price.
c) 60 to 89 days prior to departure, 25 % of nett amount.
d) 30 to 59 days prior to departure, 50% of the nett amount.
e) 0 to 29 days prior to departure, 100% of the nett amount.

3. In case of Full Train Booking:
a) 120 days or more prior to departure, 10 % of weighted average cost.
b) 90 to 119 days, 25% cancellation charge of the weighted average cost.
c) 60 to 89 days, 50% cancellation charge of the nett amount.
d) 0 to 59 days or less prior to departure, 100% cancellation charge of the nett amount.

4. In case of Charter Booking:
a) Upto 90 days or more prior to departure Rs 5 Lakhs shall be charged as cancellation charges.
b) 60 to 89 days, 10% cancellation charges of the nett amount or Rs.5 Lakhs whichever is higher.
c) 30 to 59 days, 25% cancellation charges of the nett amount or Rs.5 lakhs whichever is higher.
d) 0 to 29 days prior to departure 100% of the nett amount or Rs.5 lakhs whichever is higher.

Note:
The cancellation charges are exclusive of taxes.Government taxes extra as applicable.
