How To Apply For NBPDCL New Connection?

To apply for NBPDCL LT/HT New Connection, Follow the below steps

Steps:
Step-1 : Go to the link https://nbpdcl.co.in/(S(ftsuyog3mpoxynzn0rqqfnvx))/frmLTHTNewConnection.aspx
Step-2 : Enter the Mobile Number
Step-3 : Select the District
Step-4 : Click on the button “Generate OTP”
Step-5 : Verify OTP
Step-6 : Fill the application form and submit.

LT New Connection Instruction:
** Please keep ready the Scanned Copy of Identity Proof Document and Address Proof Document of the Applicant for applying the connection Online.
** Identity Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence, PAN Card, ID Card Issued by Government)
** Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving Licence,Gas Connection Card, Bill of Govt. Landline Connection, Photo Identity Card issued by any Govt. Agency)
** Open the URL https://nbpdcl.co.in in the browser.
** The left hand side has the Menu List. Select the Menu Item New Connection.
** The Menu Section will expand. Select the Item New Service Connection.
** Enter Mobile Number, Select Your District and Click on Generate OTP Button.
** Fill the required details in the Online Application form. Upload the scanned documents in the relevant section and re-examine the details filled. Read the declaration at the end of the form carefully. Enter the OTP received on Mobile Number and then click the Submit button.
** On Submit, a new connection Request Number will be generated.
** Save the Request Number for future reference.
** No payment will be accepted from the Consumer at the time of filling application form. The New Service Connection Charges will be levied from the bill of the Consumer.
** User can also check the latest status of the submitted application by clicking the Suvidha Consumer Activities link available on website.

HT New Connection Instruction:

** Once the application is accepted by the designated officer and estimate prepration process is completed, An SMS will be sent to Consumer for submission of Application Fee, Security Deposit etc. through https://nbpdcl.co.in or through Suvidha App.
** Open https://nbpdcl.co.in website and Click on the link Pay Estimate/Miscellaneous chrages Suvidha to proceed for payment.
** On clicking the payment link, a pre-payment screen is displayed.
** Click on the Confirm Payment button to confirm the details.
** A confirmation section is shown below for verification. Verify the details and click the “Pay Now” button.
** Please ensure that the browser allows Popups for the site https://nbpdcl.co.in or alternately disable the Popup Blocker. A detailed manual for doing this is available on the page.
** A new popup will open up which will show the Payment Gateway page. Select the preferred payment option and make the payment.
** Once payment transaction is processed at payment gateway end, a Transaction Acknowledgement screen will be shown by the gateway.
** User can also check the latest status of the submitted application by clicking the “Suvidha Consumer Activities” link available on website.
