apply for enhancement of electricity load :
You may directly approach our customer help desk at the divisional/sub divisional offices of UHBVN. A three phase connection at a domestic/commercial/industrial should have a minimum load of 11 kw. All the formalities will same as single phase connection.

Documents required for enhancement of electricity load. :
** Election ID
** Ration Card
** Passport size photographs
** Possession /Allotment Letter (Government Premises)
** Land Lord’s No Objection Certificate (in case of tenant)
** Two witness with their photocopy of electricity bill same sub division.
** Urban Area copy of sale deed or assessment copy of house rent.
** Rural Area verification by concern village sarpanch that house is under Lal Dora
** No objection certificate from other owners if applicant is joint owner of the property. Information required in addition to the above are :
** Test report verified by Government authorized electrical contractor stating details of the connected ** load of electrical appliances present in your premises.

cost of Application form :
The requisition form is available free of cost.

Procedure :
After submission of requisition form you will get acknowledgment slip mentioning details of the dated of submission of enhancement of electricity load application form and a unique application number. Thereafter an electrical engineer will visit your premised to verify the details you have submitted; of the load connected and the dues existing at your site. Based on his verification, your application will be accepted or rejected. If the connection is sanctioned a demand note will be raised and you will need to deposit the requisite amount at the UHBVN office.

UHBVN Service Charges :
1. Domestic Connection
Single Phase Connection :
ADVANCE CONSUMPTION DEPOSIT (SECURITY) = Rs. 500/- per KW
Processing Charges = 10/- KW

Three Phase Connection :
ADVANCE CONSUMPTION DEPOSIT (SECURITY) = Rs.500/- per KW
Processing Charges
Upto 2 KW Load = Rs. 10/- KW
Above 2 KW load= Rs. 25/- KW

2. Non Domestic Connection :
Single Phase Connection :
ADVANCE CONSUMPTION DEPOSIT (SECURITY) = Rs. 1000/- per KW
Processing Charges = Rs. 10/- KW
Service connection
charges = Rs. 350/- Per KW

Three Phase Connection :
ADVANCE CONSUMPTION DEPOSIT (SECURITY) Rs. 1000/- per KW
Processing Charges
Upto 2 KW Load =Rs. 10/- KW
Above 2 KW load= Rs. 25/- KW
Service connection
Charges = Rs. 750/- Per KW (Upto length of 300 Mtr)

3. LT ISC Connection (Upto 50 KW Load) :
Three Phase Connection :
ADVANCE CONSUMPTION DEPOSIT (SECURITY) Rs. 500/- per KW
Processing Charges
Upto 2 KW Load = Rs. 10/- KW
Above 2 KW load= Rs. 25/- KW
Service connection
Charges = Rs. 500/- Per KW (Upto length of 300 Mtr)

4. HT ISC Connection (Above 50 KW Load) :
HT 11 KV Connection :
ADVANCE CONSUMPTION DEPOSIT (SECURITY) Rs. 750/- per KW
Processing Charges Rs. 25/- KW
Service connection
Charges = Rs. 750/- Per KW (Upto length of 300 Mtr)

5. Agriculture Connection Three Phase Connection :
ADVANCE CONSUMPTION DEPOSIT (SECURITY) Rs. 100/- per KW
Processing Charges
Upto 2 KW = Rs. 10/- KW
Above 2 KW = Rs. 25/- KW
