How to Track Your Application/Appeal for AAS Haryana?

For tracking your application/appeal status or file an appeal in case of applicaiton rejection or not satisfied with judgement of First Grievance Redressal Authority/Second Grievance Redressal Authority, kindly select the department and service.

1. What is Auto Appeal System?
Auto Appeal System- AAS is a system which files an automatic appeal on behalf of eligible persons as soon as the notified timeline for the application of a service is breached and a facility to applicants to file appeals in other cases (for eg: unjustified rejection, non-satisfactory delivery of service)

2. How can I register an appeal on Auto Appeal System?
An eligible person can file an AAS appeal simply by calling on SARAL Helpline (0172- 3968400) or login into SARAL and filing an appeal after RTS due date of his application is breached or when his application is rejected or closed without actual resolution.

3. What happens when an application breaches its RTS due date?
As soon as RTS due date of notified service is breached and if the service is not delivered, an automatic appeal is raised on the behalf of eligible person to First Grievance Redressal Authority (FGRA).

4. Can I file an appeal with the subsequent appellate authority, if I am not satisfied with the orders passed under AAS appeal?
Yes, you can raise an appeal with the subsequent appellate authority

5. Can I file an AAS appeal if my service is delivered within RTS timeline but I am not satisfied with the service?
Yes

6. Can I file an AAS appeal if my application is rejected within RTS due date?
Yes

7. Is there any fee to file an appeal on AAS?
No

8. Do I need to submit a physical copy of my appeal application to the concerned grievance redressal authority after filing an appeal online?

9. How can I track my appeal?
You can track your appeal on https://saralharyana.gov.in/ by entering your appeal reference ID.

10. Can I view the total appeals raised for different Departments?
Yes, you can take a look at the Performance Dashboard of Auto Appeal System (https://status.saralharyana.nic.in/home/aasdash ) to get a glimpse of the appeals raised for different Departments.

11. How long can the First Grievance Redressal Authority take to decide on my appeal raised to him/her?

An appeal shall be disposed by the First Grievance Redressal Authority within a period of 30 working days of its receipt.

12. How long can the Second Grievance Redressal Authority to decide on my appeal raised to him/her?
An appeal shall be decided by the Second Grievance Redressal Authority within a period of 30 working days from the date of receipt of appeal.

13. Whom can I contact is case of any issues related to AAS?
You can contact SARAL helpline at 0172- 3968400 between 7:00 am – 8:00pm (Monday to Saturday).

Additional Simplified Procedure

Track your application/appeal for the Auto Appeal System (AAS) on the SARAL portal. Here are the steps on how to do it:
1. Go to the SARAL portal
2. Click on the “Auto Appeal System” tab.
3. Enter your appeal reference ID in the “Appeal Ref. No.” field.
4. Click on the “Track” button.

The status of your appeal will be displayed on the screen.

Here are some of the statuses that your appeal can have:
Pending:Your appeal is still under review.
Escalated to SGRA:Your appeal has been escalated to the Second Grievance Redressal Authority (SGRA).
Final:Your appeal has been decided by the SGRA.
Rejected:Your appeal has been rejected by the SGRA.
