How to Apply for Haryana Roadways NCMC Card?

To Apply for Haryana Roadways National Common Mobility Card NCMC Prepaid Card, follow the bellow steps,
Steps 1 : Go to the link https://transitncmc.aubank.in/
Steps 2 : Click on the link “Apply New NUMC Card”
Steps 3 : Select 12 digit Aadhaar Number / 16 digit Virtual ID (VID)
Steps 4 : Enter your Aadhaar Number or VID Number
Steps 5 : Click on Send OTP Button

NCMC Card Fees And Charges

The below are applicable charges for NCMC AU Bank prepared card
Card Issuance Fee : 100* (Online card apply additional prices include for courier and delivery charges + 120)
Maximum Total Balance Limit : 10,000 (On chip 2000 & account 8000 monthly on bases of min KYC)
Reload and top-up fee : 2% or Rs. 15 (whichever is less and rounded off to the nearest rupee)
Minimum Top-up Amount : Rs. 100 Initial top-ups must be a mininmum of 500 and in multiples of 100 thereafter.
Annual Maintenance Charges : 75
Card Replacement Charges : 150

NCMC of Terms & Conditions

I/ We, the undersigned, being customer(s) of AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. hereby confirm that I/we have read, understood and agree to abide and be bound by all the provisions of the Terms and Conditions as displayed on www.aubank.in which govern, all of my/our accounts, present , past and future, maintained/opened/ to be maintained/to be opened with the Bank from time to time, and also provisions of the various services/facilities provided at present/that may be provided in future.

I/We understand that the Bank may, at its sole discretion subject to applicable regulatory /statutory / internal guidelines, at any time, and from time to time, add to, alter or modify any of the terms and conditions and that I/we hereby agree to abide and be bound by all such changes, as if they form part of the T & C and that any transaction in my/ our account(s) with the Bank and / or usage of any services by me/us subsequent to such change shall be deemed and tantamount to my/our acceptance of all such changes Offline chip balance/offline wallet (also known as Global balance)

I/We hereby give my consent to AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. to obtain auto load money on the offline wallet/chip on the basis of the bank decide threshold value. In case of card damage/lost/stolen of card, chip balance/offline wallet is non-refundable.

In the provision of the card closer/replacement only online balance (Account balance) will be transferred or refunded to direct account/new card to the customer (i.e. except chip balance/offline wallet) TAT time of the balance transfer or refund withing 10 to 15 working days (The documents need to be submitted as per AU bank requirement (Card cancellation/replacement form, copy of Aadhar & cancelled cheque -Name on the document/cheque shall be matched with existing account holder details)

Aadhaar :
I/We hereby give my consent to AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. to obtain my Aadhaar Number, Name and Fingerprint /Iris for authentication with UIDAI. Bank has informed me that my identity information would only be used for KYC and also informed that my biometrics will not be stored/shared and will be submitted to CIDR only for that purpose of authentication

Anti-Money Laundering Regulations :
I/We am/are the beneficial owner of all assets run through my/our accounts(s) opened with AU Small Finance Bank Ltd. The beneficial owner of some/all assets run through the accounts is/are name and address of person for whom the accounts are maintained.

The competent court, as decided by the Bank shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any claims against the Bank. However this will not affect the Bank’s general lien and right to set-off over all my/our accounts at all branches of the Bank and for this purpose the Bank shall be entitled to combine and consolidate all or any of such accounts.

I/We undertake that the Bank can seek my/our latest information and collect the required KYC documents on periodical basis in compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines. I/We will update the Bank in case of any change in my/related party/Beneficial Owner details provided at the time of opening the account which includes address change, change in industry, change of employment, etc.

GST Guidelines :
a) State of GSTIN and state mentioned in communication address should be the same for correct invoicing. In case of a difference, the communication address is to be modified accordingly before submission of GSTIN details.
b) The determination of the location of supplier of service is the sole responsibility of AU Small Finance Bank and would be determined basis applicable tax laws.

** I/We declare that all the details provided on the above form are correct and I/We undertake to inform the Bank of any subsequent changes immediately.

Additional Simplified Procedure

Haryana Roadways has started accepting the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) for travel in its buses. The NCMC is a contactless smart card that can be used for travel in buses, metro, and other public transportation systems across India.
