How to get Senior Citizen Identity Card E-Sewa Punjab?

To get for Senior Citizen Identity Card, follow the bellow steps,
Step 1: Open E-Sewa Portal
Step 2: Login to Esewa Portal
Step 3: Successful Login & Service Selection

Select “Department of Social Justice and Empowerment and Empowerment of Women & Children “
Successful Login & Service Selection
Select “Certificates “
Select “Senior Citizen ID card“
Step 4: Search for Applicant Details
If profile already exists then Fetch profile
If not, then click below and create new profile
Step 5: Fill the Personal Details step wise
Fill all the details step wise and click next
Step 7: Check Prefilled Beneficiary Details
Step 8: Add Service details
Step 9: Upload Documents
Upload scanned copy of all the required documents
Step 10: Make Payment
Click on “Make Payment” button

Step 11: Print out of Payment receipt Article
Applicant’s signature to be taken for undertaking

Click on the print payment receipt, give one signed copy to applicant and keep one copy for office use.
Step 12 : Opens application
Then clicks on “View Application” and view all the details
Step 13 : Check application details
Step 14 : Opens application
Then clicks on “View Application” and view all the details

Step 16 : DSSO adds digital signatures
Step 17 : Delivery of Document
1. Click on “Document Delivery”
2. Search for application id as shown below
3. After the search, click on “Deliver Documents”
Step 18: Delivery of Document
Step 1 – Click on “VIEW” button to take the print of the document.
Step 2 – After the print is taken, then apply hologram sticker on the print out.
Step 3 – Then enter the Hologram number in the text box above.
Step 4 – Click on “Apply Hologram” button.
Step 19: Delivery of Document
Click on “Yes, Deliver the Certificate” and its done

Required Documents for Senior Citizen ID Card

Documents, mentioned in the following list, are to be scanned from only original documents and to be uploaded online.
1 Proof of Identity and Proof of Address of Beneficiary (As per the Punjab government notification no. E-64139/2GR2/423 Dated :25-11-2021)

Additional Simplified Procedure

To get a Senior Citizen Identity Card (SCIC) through E-Sewa Punjab, you can follow these steps:
1. Visit the E-Sewa Punjab website.
2. Click on the “Senior Citizen Identity Card” link.
3. Click on the “Apply Now” button.

4. Fill out the application form. The application form requires you to provide the following information:
** Your name
** Your date of birth
** Your address
** Your Aadhaar card number
** Your PAN card number
** Your voter ID card number
** Two passport-size photographs
5. Upload the required documents.
The required documents include:
** A copy of your Aadhaar card
** A copy of your PAN card
** A copy of your voter ID card
** Two passport-size photographs
6. Pay the application fee – The application fee for an SCIC is INR 100. You can pay the fee online using your debit or credit card.
7. Submit the application form and documents.

Once you have submitted the application form and documents, E-Sewa Punjab will review your application. If your application is approved, you will be issued an SCIC. The SCIC will be delivered to your address by post.
