What is QuickPay?

Using QuickPay you can pay your bills instantly without being a registered member of OdishaOne. Whereas in case of registered user, you have to register in OdishaOne portal to avail the benefits of services.

Which bills can be paid through QuickPay?

Following are the list of services for which you can make payment using quickpay.
** Electricity Bill (Tata Power formerly known as CESU)
** Electricity Bill (NESCO, WESCO, SOUTHCO)
** Water bill
** Trade License Fee
** Holding Tax

How can I see my previous transactions, that I have made using QuickPay mode?

Go to QuickPay >>> My Transactions >>> provide the date and other parameters, followed by OTP verification and now you will be able to see all your transactions.

Why to register in OdishaOne portal?

There are number of services provided by OdishaOne and QuickPay provides frequently used services only. But, to avail benefits of all the services present in OdishaOne, one must be a registered user.

How can I register as a citizen?

To register as a citizen, follow the steps given below:
In the OdishaOne portal, click the Sign Up link.
The Citizen Registration page opens.
Fill in relevant details. Submit OTP for Mobile no. and your registration is complete.

I am an OdishaOnline ( registered user. Can I login into OdishaOne portal using same username & password?
Yes. Provided that you have to go through a self-authentication process. Henceforth you became the OdishaOne user.
Follow the steps below for self-authentication
Go to Sign In page
Click on Select, if Odisha Online user
Enter your username & password of OdishaOnline and proceed
Verify your mobile number with OTP & proceed
Finally create username & password as per OdishaOne username & password policy. Now you can login with new username & password.

Who are eligible for making online payments?

Any one possessing a Net Banking facility for his bank account or valid credit card or debit card can make payments through OdishaOne. OdishaOne has also tied up with various banks, providing direct debit facility. If you have access to net banking for any of the banks with which OdishaOne has tied up with, you can make payments through OdishaOne.

What are the modes of payment?

Payment Modes:
Net Banking
Debit/ Credit Card
Wallet payment like PayTM, GooglePay, PhonePe, etc.
UPI payment

For how many days will my username and password be valid?

Your password and userid will be valid for lifelong. But if you have not accessed your userid and password for continuous period of 90 days then it will be deactivated automatically and in that case please contact Odishaone help desk or mail us to OdishaOne[AT]ocac[DOT]in
