What is eNACH?

With E-NACH payment service, you can now easily pay your loan EMIs from your bank account, without the need for paper based mandates. E-NACH stands for Electronic National Automated Clearing House. All you need to do is, complete a one-time authentication for registration of the mandate with your Net Banking details or debit card, after which all subsequent payments will not require your intervention.

How To Do eNACH Registration?

** Open the E-NACH registration page
** Login using your registered mobile number and loan account number
** Select whether you want to receive a link as an SMS to complete the process later or complete the process right now on the portal.
** Once you select the option, you will then be taken to the E-NACH registration page which shows the details of the loan and the mandate
** Proceed further by selecting either Debit Card or Net Banking to register the mandate
** Once you select the option, your bank page will open up where you will need to enter the details required.
** The bank may require you to enter an OTP to complete the registration.
** Once you have completed the required steps, your bank will show you a confirmation page on successfully registering the mandate.
** You will be redirected to the E-NACH portal showing you the confirmation page of successful registration.

From where can I download “HDB On the Go” mobile application?
The HDB on the Go mobile application can be downloaded from Google Play Store/ Apple App Store or by simply clicking the Download App Link. This mobile app is currently available for Android & IOS users.

Can I access your mobile app “HDB on the GO” offline?
HDB on the GO mobile app is available online only.

How to use the mobile application, in case I use Dual SIM in my device?
In case, you are using a Dual SIM mobile, we request you to ensure that the SIM card of your registered mobile number as updated in our loan records is placed in SLOT 1 only.

I am your existing customer. However, I had not given my mobile number at the time of loan application. Only landline number was shared. Is it possible for me to view my loan application details on “HDB on the Go” mobile app?
We request you to register the mobile number by raising a request in branch for updating your mobile number in our records. Post successful updation of your mobile number you can use our HDB on the GO Mobile App. You can find the branch address nearest to you by using our Branch Locator option. Please Click Here for details. Alternatively, you can type HDB Financial Services in Google Maps and get the location of the branch nearest to you. All our branches are tagged in Google Maps.

To register for HDBFS eNACH, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your HDBFS account.
2. Click on the “eNACH” tab.
3. Click on “Register for eNACH”.
4. Enter your bank account details and click on “Submit”.
5. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on “Submit”.
6. Your eNACH registration will be completed.

Once your eNACH registration is complete, you will be able to make payments to HDBFS directly from your bank account. This will save you time and hassle, and ensure that your payments are always made on time.
