** Application Checklist
** Fill the application and tag all the documents in sequence as per CHECKLIST
** Submit application IN PERSON in the office of Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council.
** Get Originals endorsed & stamped to complete application process.

Read General Procedure before filling application form :
** Download application
** Use BLUE colour pen
** Write in Capital letters
** Write name EXACTLY as in Diploma/Degree Certificate
** Write full name of the college
** Write the serial number of the college as per A.P.P.C website Click here
** Write address as in ‘address proof document’ submitted by you
** Use recent colour photos
** Submit Demand Draft for verification of degree by the respective University, if required [Download]
** Tag photocopies of documents to the application as per CHECKLIST
** Submit application in person
** Get Original Certificates stamped and endorsed to complete registration process

Application Checklist :
** Application – 3 papers [Download] + Copies of following documents
** School final Certificate (SSC or Matriculation)
** Intermediate Certificate
** D. Pharmacy Certificate issued by Board, I, II year marks lists, Original Hospital training Certificate and Course study or Bonafide Certificate or Transfer Certificate
** B. Pharmacy Certificate, Four years individual, consolidated marks lists & Course study or Bonafide Certificate or Transfer Certificate & Industrial Training Certificate (if mandatory as per Uni.Regulations)
** Pharm.D Certificate, Marks lists, Internship Certificate, ID Card, and Course Study/Bonafide Certificate/Transfer Certificate
** Residential proof (Election ID/Aadhar card/Bank account/Indian Passport/ ration card/driving license)
** Employment proof Certificate ( Drug License/College/Industry ID etc. copies)
** Fees Payment ( Rs.560/- by Cash)
** Recent 5 Passport size color photos
** DD for confirmation of Degree from respective University [Download]
** Original Notarized Affidavit-A [Download]
(a) cloth lined 14- x 10- size cover affixed with Rs.40/- postal stamp. (Self-addressed as in Residential proof)
(b) 14- x 11- size cover affixed with Rs.40/- postal stamp.
** Court Fee stamps for Rs.3 (to paste on the application)
** Original R.P.Certificate/Pass-Book & Id-Card etc + Photocopies.

FAQs :
1. Is Registration needed for foreign studies
For foreign employment or writing equivalent examinations they are asking APPC Registration. Other countries are also demanding Good Standing Certificate from the Council to consider for employment/permitting for examination

2. What does Employment proof mean.
This is applicable to those who are employed in College/ Hospital/ medical shop etc. Identity card or drug license copy is a proof of employment.

3. I am living abroad. Can I renew my registration.
Yes you can. Please follow procedure as in renewal and submit Affidavit-A matter on plain paper attested by Notary or Solicitor General of the Country of your living.

4. I am AP registered. Working outside state. What to do
Registration is done for those who are serving in a particular state. Apply as per instructions in Website for Re-registration if working in AP/Telangana or if working outside follow the process of that state.

5. I Studied outside AP. But want to register in AP
Yes can approach office for registration
6. Do you have fast registration process
No. Tatkallike scheme is not available.

7. If Registration certificate is wrongly delivered or lost by Postal Authorities or lost in Drugs department what to do. How much time it takes to give Duplicate Certificate.
Obtain a Certificate of loss from respective department and submit application as per website. As per procedure we await replies from Drugs Control Authorities and then issue duplicate certificate. It takes time.

  1. I am Mumbai resident and I have completed my Diploma in Pharmacy from Hyderabad. I have below list of documents
    1)1st and 2nd yr memo for D Pharmacy
    2) Provisional certificate
    3) Transfer certificate
    4) Training certificate
    5) Bonafide and conduct certificate
    6) SSC and HSC Mark sheet and Board certificates ( from Mumbai)
    7) I’d proof Aadhar card and passport.

    Please confirm if all the above documents are enough for registration or do I need migration certificate as well.
