How To Apply For Grievance Relating To Specific Land Matters?

** Citizens can apply for corrections where Aadhar is incorrect, where Aadhar is not available, where Father’s/Husband name Incorrect, Photo Mismatch, gender is incorrect, Caste is incorrect, Correction of manner in which land is acquired, correction of land nature or where some survey numbers are missing, the PPB or land records.
** As bio metric authentication is required for issue of PPB, this facility is presently made available at all the Mee Seva centers across the state.
** Citizens can visit nearest Mee Seva center any where in the state and submit details indicating the nature of correction and submit the documentary evidences in support of the correction. The evidences to be submitted depends on the nature of correction required
** Once submitted, the application will go to the District Collector. District Collector after necessary enquiries based on the documents submitted as well as any other enquiries as may be necessary, will approve or reject the changes, through a written order.
** Once approved, Citizen will be informed of the next steps for getting the new PPB, through SMS

** Personal details: Applicant, Father/Husband, Gender, Age, Occupation, Aadhaar No.
** Property details: PPB No, District, Mandal, Village, Khata No, Survey No, Extent available, claimed.

Documents Required For Grievance Relating To Specific Land Matters

Registration documents, PPB ( if applicable), Proof of relevant document(s) for data correction ( one document is mandatory)

Additional Simplified Procedure

To apply for a grievance relating to specific land matters in Telangana, you can follow these steps:

1. Visit the Dharani portal. You can access the portal through the following link: https://dharani.telangana.gov.in/
2. Click on the “Grievance Relating to Specific Land Matters” option. This will take you to a new page where you can submit your grievance.
3. Enter your personal details. This includes your name, father/husband’s name, gender, age, occupation, and Aadhaar number.
4. Enter your property details. This includes your PPB number, district, mandal, village, khata number, survey number, extent available, and claimed extent.
5. Upload the required documents. This may include your PPB (if available), land acquisition order showing the correct extent, or any other relevant documents.
6. Click on the “Submit” button.

Once you have submitted your grievance, it will be reviewed by the concerned authorities. You will receive a notification regarding the status of your grievance once it has been processed.

In addition to the above, you can also submit a grievance related to land matters in Telangana through the following channels:
** MeeSeva: You can visit your nearest MeeSeva center and submit a grievance application.
** CPGRAMS: You can register a grievance online through the CPGRAMS portal. To do so, visit the following link: https://cpgrams.ts.nic.in/citizen/grievance.php
** Post: You can send a written grievance application to the Collector of your district.

It is important to note that you must provide all relevant information and documentation when submitting a grievance. This will help the concerned authorities to investigate your grievance and resolve it quickly and efficiently.
