How To Apply For Correction in AHSEC Admit Card?

To apply for Correction in Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC) Admit Card, Follow the below steps.

Steps:
1. Go to the link https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/site/service-apply/application-for-correction-in-admit-card
2. If the applicant is a first time user, he/she needs to click the Register Tab provided in top right corner in this page and then get registered with the necessary fields such as Full Name, Mobile No., Email id (which is not mandatory), State and Password.
3. Then the applicant needs to login with the credentials, by clicking the Login Tab.
4. After the applicant has logged on to the system, he/she needs to click the Apply Online tab and select the service they want to apply for and click the apply button after going through the Requirements tab.
5. Applicant has to fill up the form and upload the required supporting documents.
6. After successful submission of the form, an acknowledgement will be generated containing the application reference no. .The application is then forwarded to higher officials for further processes. The same will be notified over SMS and Email id of the applicant.
7. An applicant can view and track the status of the application by clicking the Track button and entering the applicant’s application reference no.
8. In case, if there are any discrepancies or mismatch found in the online application, the applicant needs to makes the necessary corrections in the online application or has to apply through a fresh online application. The applicant will be notified about this over SMS and Email id by the concerned official.
9. If all processes are correct than a date is assigned for Physical inspection. The applicant will get notified about the inspection details over SMS and Email.
10. If the Inspection is successful, the applicant will be notified to pay the requisite animal tax and application fee over SMS and Email.
11. After successful submission of documents, the Certiciate will be generated and the applicant can download it from the ARTPS portal. The same will be notified to the applicant over SMS and Email.

** Passport size photograph.

** HS Registration Certificate.
** HS Admit Card to be corrected

Fees for Correction in AHSEC Admit Card

** Service charge (through PFC/CSC) – Rs. 30.
** Printing charge (in case of any printing from PFC/CSC) – Rs. 10 per page.
** Scanning charge (in case documents are scanned in PFC/CSC) – Rs. 5 per page.
** Convenience fee – Rs. 10
** User charge – Rs.200/- (Non-refundable)

There are two main ways to apply for a correction in your AHSEC Admit Card:

Online:
AHSEC E-Services Portal:
1. Visit the AHSEC E-Services Portal: https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/site/service-apply/application-for-correction-in-admit-card
2. Select “Application for Correction in Admit Card.”
3. Fill out the online form with your details and the specific errors you need corrected.

4. Upload the required documents:
** Passport size photograph
** Applicant signature
** HSLC/10th Admit Card
** HS Registration Certificate to be corrected
** HS Admit Card (optional)

5. Pay the processing fee (if applicable).
6. Submit the application and note down the reference number for future reference.

Sewa Setu:
1. Visit the Sewa Setu website: https://sewasetu.assam.gov.in/site/service-apply/application-for-correction-in-registration-card
2. Select “Application for Correction in Registration Card.”
3. While this service is primarily for registration cards, it can also be used for admit card corrections.
4. Follow the same steps as mentioned above for the AHSEC E-Services Portal.

Offline:
Download the correction format:
** Visit the AHSEC website: https://ahsec.assam.gov.in/
** Go to the “Examination” section and then “Correction Format of Admit Card(s).”
** Download the format for the relevant year.

Fill out the form manually:
** Provide your details and the specific errors you need corrected in the designated sections.
** Attach the required documents mentioned above (photocopy/printouts).

Submit the form:
Send the completed form and documents by post to the Controller of Examinations, AHSEC, P.O. Bamunimaidam, PIN-781021, Guwahati, Assam.
