Enter or Cancel Hypothecation details :
** For entering hypothecation details, application in Form 34 should be made along with print of chassis. For cancellation, application should be made in Form 35.
** A fee of Rs.100/- is required to be paid for this purpose.
** Along with application original R.C. Book Certificate of Insurance and P.U.C. Certificate should also be attached.

Termination of an Agreement of Hire Purchase/Lease/Hypothecation :
To be made in duplicate and in triplicate where the original Registering Authority is different and the duplicate copy and the triplicate copy with the endorsement of the Registering Authority to be returned to the Financier and the Registering Authority simultaneously on making the termination entry in the certificate of registration and Form-24

Application For Making An Entry Of An Agreement Of Hire Purchase/ Lease / Hypothecation Subsequent To Registration :
To be made in duplicate and triplicate where the Original Authority is different and the duplicate and the triplicate copy with the endorsement of the registering authority to be returned to the financier and the Registering Authority simultaneously on making the entry in the certificate of registration and Form-24
