Uttarakhand Marriage Registration

Instruction Before Filling Online Registration Form :
** Firstly Download Certificate Form And Certify It By Appropriate Authority.
** The BrideGroom/Husband Age Must Be 21 Year and above.

** For receiving a copy of marriage registration certificate,the fees shall be Rs.50/- to be paid in cash to the registering officer.
** The Bride/Wife Age Must Be 18 Year and above.
** Before filling the Online Application form check that, the Certificate Form is certified by whom.
** E_Registration No. will be valid for 30 days after filling up Online Application form .
** Any one of the following place should fall within the jurisdiction of the Registering officer.
(a) Permanent Residence of Bridegroom
(b) Solemnization Place

Proof For All These Shall Be Given :
1.MARRIAGE :
** Wedding Invitation (Or)
** Temple/church Marriage Receipts (Or)
** Any proof of marriage solemnization

2.RESIDENCE :
** Voter Id Card (Or))
** Ration Card (Or)
** Driving License(Or)
** Passport or Visa

3.AGE :
** Birth Certificate (Or)
** School /college certificate (Or)
** Passport or Visa

4.WITNESS :
Id card for minimum two witness to be produced

Application Fee :
** Rupees one hundred ,In case the application is made within ninety days from the date of solemnization of marriage it shall be paid in cash to the registering officer.
** Rupees two hundred ,In case the application is made after ninety days from the date of sloemnization of marriage it shall be paid in cash to the registering officer.

Application For Certified Copy

Application for certified copy a cort fee of Rupees one shall be affixed to it and ten Rupees stamp fee shall be payable. For ordinary copy ,fee payable shall be Rupees twenty five,the copy shall be provided within a week fee for urgent copy shall be Rupees fifty and it shall be provided within three days. For very urgent copy the fee shall be Rupees one hundred and it shall be provided within next day.

FEE FOR INSPECTION(Rupees ten is to be paid as application fee in addition to inspection fee) :
** Rupees twenty five ,In case the entry is for current year.
** Reupees fifty,In case the entry is for previous year .Similarly,Rupees ten extra for every previous year.
