What is MPBOCWWB Maternity Support Scheme?
The “Maternity Support Scheme” by the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Labour Department, Jammu & Kashmir, provides financial assistance of ₹16,000/- as maternity allowance, payable in two installments. Only registered construction workers or their wives are eligible to receive the benefits under this scheme.

Benefits of MPBOCWWB Maternity Support Scheme
First Installment: ₹4,000 for registration of pregnancy in the first trimester.
Second Installment: ₹12,000 for:
** Delivery in government or authorized non-government hospitals under the Ayushman Bharat “Niramayam” program for pregnancy and delivery-related high-risk packages.
** Registration of newborns after institutional birth.
** Early breastfeeding of babies.
** BCG, OPV, and Hep B vaccination for the infant.
Total Amount: ₹16,000
Eligibility of MPBOCWWB Maternity Support Scheme
For Registration as a Building/ Construction Worker:
** The applicant should be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
** The applicant should be a Building/ Construction Worker.
** The applicant should be between 18 and 60 years.
** The applicant should have engaged in any building or other construction work for at least 90 days during the preceding 12 months.
** The applicant should be registration is renewed annually.
For the Application of the Welfare Scheme:
** The applicant should be registered Under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board of Madhya Pradesh.
** The applicant should be pregnant.
** The worker’s membership with the Welfare Board must be active at the time of application.
Note: Assistance is limited to a maximum of three children.
How To Apply For MPBOCWWB Maternity Support Scheme?
To apply for MPBOCWWB Maternity Support Scheme, Follow the below steps
Registration of a Construction Worker under MPBOCWWB:
Step-1: Go to the Shram Seva Portal (MPBOCWWB) official website.
Step-2: On the homepage, find and click on “Registration of Construction Worker.”
Step-3:Select the option “Apply online for registration as a beneficiary.”
Step-4: Enter your Composite Member ID and Samagra Family ID, then click Get Details.
Step-5: Your family or beneficiary details will be displayed on the screen.
Step-8: Complete the form by entering all required details (marked with *).
Step-9: Upload all necessary documents, such as ID proof and other relevant certificates.
Step-10:After completing the form and uploading the documents, click Submit and pay the application fee online.
Step-11 : You will receive a registration number after successful payment and submission.
Steps to Apply for Scheme Benefits:
Step-1: Go to the Shram Seva Portal (MPBOCWWB) official website.
Step-2: On the homepage, find and click on Planning Application, then register the applications of registered workers for the benefits of schemes.
Step-3: Enter your Labor Registration Number (Portal Code) and the code displayed in the image, then click View Details.
Step-4: Choose the scheme you wish to apply for in order to avail the benefits.
Step-5: Enter all required information and upload the necessary documents as prompted.
Step-6: Finally, click on Submit Application to complete the process.

** Identity Proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card)
** Passport-size Photograph
** Skill-upgradation Training Certificate
** Proof of Residence (e.g., Utility bill, Voter ID, etc.)

** Bank Account Details (e.g., Copy of Bank Passbook)
** Caste Certificate (if applicable)
** Undertaking/Declaration
** Age Certificate (any of the following):
** School Certificate
