How To Register For Boiler Act in Jharkhand?

** Applicants shall be solely liable for correctness and genuineness of information/uploaded documents in the registration form under the Act.

** Applicants are advised to check the detailed guidelines and rules before submitting their application as fee once submitted will not be refunded.
** Scanned copy of draft must be uploaded in the application form (if fee paying via treasury).
** No misuse of Act is acceptable. In case of such issue, it will be punishable under law as stated in Boiler Act, 1923 Section 23, 24 and 25.
** Jharkhand Boiler Chief Inspector reserves the right to revoke the registration if the details found at any subsequent stage appear to be fraud as per section 11 of Boiler Act 1923.
** These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constituted in accordance with the Indian Boiler Regulation 1950 (and its Amend) and The Boilers Act, 1923.

2.	For boiler rating not exceeding 10 sq. meters	–	Rs.1800/-
3.	For boiler rating exceeding 10 sq. meters but not exceeding 30 sq. meters	–	Rs.2400/-
4.	For boiler rating exceeding 30 sq. meters but not exceeding 50 sq. meters	–	Rs.2700/-
5.	For boiler rating exceeding 50 sq. meters but not exceeding 70 sq. meters	–	Rs.3300/-
6.	For boiler rating exceeding 70 sq. meters but not exceeding 90 sq. meters	–	Rs.3900/-
7.	For boiler rating exceeding 90 sq. meters but not exceeding 110 sq. meters	–	Rs.4500/-
8.	For boiler rating exceeding 110 sq. meters but not exceeding 200 sq. meters	–	Rs.5100/-

	Above 3000 sq. meters, for every 200 sq. meters or part or thereof, an addition fee of Rs. 600 shall be charged. Note: The inspection fee for boilers shall be calculated at four times the fee for renewal of certificate for a boiler as prescribed in lower section.

	Above 3000 Sq. Mtr. for every 200 Sq. Mtr. or part thereof an additional fee Rs. 500 shall be charged. In case of Transfer of MIB and Registration Book Rs. 1000/- per Boiler shall be charged by the transferee state.
