Documents Required For MPIGR Registration of Documents

Required documents related to the parties like Voter ID card or Driving license or Bank passbook or PAN card or Aadhar card and Affidavit notarized by the executor, For Plot and building – documents related to immovable property Images of property taken from 3 different angles and property map as per rules and one year computerized Khasra and Bhoomi Adhikar Rin booklet certified by the Revenue Officer are additional documents for agricultural land.

How To Apply For Registration of Documents in Madhya Pradesh?

Citizens can preparation of documents for registration through the licensee service provider and reserve the slot according to the user convenience for registration. The registration of documents will be complete by necessary fulfillments of document registration (thumb impression, photo and electronic signature) at the appointed time in the Sub-Registrar office.

Citizens can also prepare online documents through the portal, the process of which is as follows 
1. Visit the departmental portal.
2. Select Login
3. After login, start the registration process by selecting the registration process module
4. Select the instrument and pay the stamp duty by entering the necessary details such as party, property details, etc.
5. After paying the stamp duty, upload the document execution page and reserve the slot by paying the registration fee.
6. The remaining proceedings of document registration will be completed in the sub-registrar’s office.

** Any citizen can view guide line of any place situated in Madhya Pradesh.
** Registered user of the application can calculate on his/her own market value of any property situated in M.P. using Property Valuation module of the application.
** Registered user can calculate stamp duty for various transactions using Duty Calculation module of the application.
** Registered user can initiate application from anywhere, pay requisite duty, book slot of the concerned Sub Registrar for registration of document.

What information is contained in the e-stamp generated by the system?
Each e-stamp bears,
** A Serial Number / Unique Identification Number, to ensure that it can not be re-used,
** The date and time of issuance and amount of stamp duty in words and figures,
** The name and address of the purchaser and of the parties to the document
** A brief description of the property or the contents being the subject matter of the document,
** The user ID and Code of the Service Provider / Authorised Officer issuing the e-stamp,
** Digital Signature / Seal of the e-stamp issuing Service Provider/ Authorised Officer and Bar Code / Security Code etc,
** Any security feature or other details specified by the Inspector General of Registration.
