How To Search Document at MPIGR?
Electronically registered documents are available on portal since July 2015. Document can be search by Document Number/ Party Name/ Organisation Name/ Khasra No/ Location wise from the portal.

Only electronically registered documents are available on portal since July 2015 (except Power of Attorney and Will Document), Old Physical registered documents are available at concern Sub Registrar Office.

How to get information about Stamps duty chargeable on any document?
On the departmental website www.mpigr.gov you can see Schedule-1A in which information about document wise fee payable is mentioned.
Is any service provider able to print stamps for mandatory registerable documents through SAMPADA?
No, the Service Provider can print stamps only for optional documents (for which registration is not mandatory) and documents not submitted for registration. For this digital signature of the service provider will be mandatory. For compulsorily registerable documents, the service provider can generate the stamp code only.
Can a citizen search on the basis of property / party details through the SAMPADA of any registered document?
Any citizen by becoming a registered user of the SAMPADA can search the registered documents (subject to the provisions of the Registry Act, 1908).
Can a citizen register a document of purchase or sale in the sub-registrar office near his residence for property located in anywhere in the state?
No, registration work will be done by going to area of the sub-registrar’s office where the property is located.
How can submit suggestions at the time of creation of guideline?
After Observing guideline draft in SAMPADA, suggestions can be sent by e-mail to the District Registrar or Collector of the concerned district.
Can a registered user recover his/her password in case he/she has forgotten it?
Yes, registered users can retrieve their password by clicking on the link ‘Forgot Password’.
