How To Access Duty Calculator in Madhya Pradesh?
Duty Calculator is available on portal of MPIGR. Through system user able to do duty calculation on the basis of deed.

Steps:
Via MPIGR Website :
Step 1: Visit MPIGR web portal https://www.mpigr.gov.in/ where icon shows “Login ” click on it.
Step 2: Enter login details, select language , captcha and the press Login button.
Step 3 : If user not registered then click “new user” and create new user.
Step 4: After login in application, select left hand side menu “Property Valuation and Duty Calculation” and then click on Duty calculation.
Step 5: Enter name details, and select Gender and click on Next Button.
Step 6: Select Deed Category and deed type , select instrument, enter consideration amount and select “Yes” if you have property valuation id.
Step 7: If you have property valuation id then enter valuation id and click on validate.
Step 8: if Validated then click on Next button the applicable duty shows on the page
Step 9: if you does not have property valuation id then select “No” and click on Next Button and select your property information or Go to property valuation menu to generate property valuation id.
Via Service Provider:
Step 1: Visit MPIGR web portal https://www.mpigr.gov.in/ where a link shows “Service Provider” click on it.
Step 2: Select District and click on Show List Button .
Step 3: Service provider list opened you are able to contact any service provider.
Step 4: Provide service provider details related to your property, personal details and service provider provide you how much duty is applicable.

Yes, registered users can retrieve their password by clicking on the link ‘Forgot Password’.
Can a service provider link an e-registration number with the previous e-registration number?
No, this work can be done only by the MAKER and CHECKER in the sub registrar office.
Can a service provider log protests/caveats?
No, only the Sub Registrar (Checker) or authorized government servant can do this work.
Can any registered user/service provider modify his/her personal details in the SAMPADA?
He can modify to a limit, such as address, mobile number, etc., through the user account management module.
Can a deed draft be reused again?
The deed draft can be re-used after drafting the deed using the ‘Create Deed’ option, by using ‘Derive Deed, option which generates a new deed, in which you can modify.
What should be done if it is not possible to go to the Sub Registrar office in the pre-reserved time?
Next available slot can be booked by using Registration initiation id.
Can the registration of property be completed sitting at home under the e-registration system?
The user can complete the initial process of registration of the property at the level of his service provider, but it is mandatory for him to go to the sub registrar office to complete the registration of the document.
Can a citizen register a document of purchase or sale in the sub-registrar office near his residence for property located in anywhere in the state?
No, registration work will be done by going to area of the sub-registrar’s office where the property is located.
