How To Register MDS in Tamil Nadu Dental Council?
The applicant should come in person to the office. All particulars of the application must be filled by the applicant. The name and particulars entered must exactly correspond with the name and particulars of the applicant entered at the University. Directly scan the original certificates in color and upload them in the online application.

Documents Required For Tamil Nadu Dental MDS Registration
New Registration
** Documents to be submitted along with the MDS Application Form
** All Original Certificates & Address proof take (A4 Size) Colour Xerox copy only. It’s Mandatory.
** Take a (A4 size) colour printout of the application form in a single side (Don’t take front and back).
** Provisional Certificate (issued by the University).
** Degree Certificate (issued by the University).
** Course Completion Certificate (issued by the Dental College).
** Transfer Certificate (issued by the Dental College).
** Mark Sheet- First year (to) Last year take a (A4 size) colour xerox in a separate page (issued by the University).
** Candidate has to come with the Gazette Notification for the MDS Course with Specialty branch Recognition issued by Ministry of Health & Family Department, New Delhi. Notification copies submit at the time of Registration.
** Two recent colour passport size photos- same photo uploaded in the online should be submitted at the time of Registration.
From Other State Dental College MDS Registration
** Documents to be submitted along with the MDS Application Form
** All Original Certificates & Address proof take (A4 Size) Colour Xerox copy only. It’s Mandatory.
** Take a (A4 size) colour printout of the application form on a single side (Don’t print on both sides).
** Provisional Certificate (issued by the University).
** Degree Certificate (issued by the University).
** Course Completion Certificate (issued by the Dental College).
** Transfer Certificate (issued by the Dental College).
** Mark Sheet- First year (to) Last year take a (A4 size) colour xerox in a separate page (issued by the University).
** Original Registration Certificate (issued by the Tamil Nadu Dental Council) has to be surrendered herewith for Cancellation.
** Candidate has to come with the Gazette Notification for the MDS Course with Specialty branch Recognition issued by Ministry of Health & Family Department, New Delhi. Notification copies should be submitted at the time of Registration.
** Two recent colour passport size photos – the same photo uploaded online should be submitted at the time of Registration.
