Note:
** Black Thunder-Water Theme Park Open from 10:00am to 6:00pm
** Child ticket-for kids within a height of 85cm and 140cm
** Special Combo Ticket and Combo Adventure Activities (Minimum height: 145 cm | Maximum weight: 85 kg)
** A minimum of 20 students from the same School or College are eligible for concession if visiting park with valid bonafide letter.
** One staff (with valid institutional id card) entry is complimentary for every 15 students.
** Food can be arranged for general/corporate groups,school and college student groups.
** Senior Citizen (60 years & above)/Defence personnel should show their identity proof for availing the ticket.
Cancellation Policy of Black Thunder Tickets
To cancel your park bookings, follow these steps:
1. Please visit onlineticketbooking.blackthunder.in
2. Click on “My Bookings”
3. Enter your registered mobile number and request an OTP
4. Enter the OTP to check your Upcoming Bookings
5. Select the booking you wish to cancel
Please note the Park Cancellation Policy:
** If you cancel before 48 hours of your visit, 90% of the original amount will be refunded.
** If you cancel within 48 hours of your visit, 85% of the original amount will be refunded.
** The above rates apply to partial cancellation as well.
** Cancellations made on the day of the visit will not be refunded
** There will be no refund in case of a no-show on the day of the visit or after the date of the visit.
** Ensure that you follow these steps and adhere to the cancellation policy for the applicable refund.
Terms and Conditions on Black Thunder
We try to offer a comfortable, safe and most memorable experience to all our guests. You have to follow the following measures to have wonderful experience at our park.
** Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is valid only for a date and specified time.
** Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
** Foods from outside and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside park. Intoxicated persons are not allowed to enter the park.
** All persons, bags luggage and parcels and any other items is subject to security check at the point of entry to the park and at such other locations inside the park as we consider appropriate.
** Please show common courtesy to fellow park guests and our service staff. Do not use any foul language and engage in unsafe and offensive behavior.
** Please maintain discipline in ride queue area. Members of the group are not allowed to join those already in queue.
** Proper clothes must be worn all the time while visiting the park.
** For your enjoyment, and in the interest of hygiene and safety, a dress code is enforced in the park.
** Always wear Synthetic or Nylon costumes (t-shirts, shorts, bermudas, three-fourths, or swimsuits) while enjoying the Water Rides.
** Dress like Sarees, churidars/salwars, dupatta, formal pants, shirts, burkhas/pardas, school uniforms, denims (jeans and three-fourth jeans), cargos and indecent attires are not permitted in the water park and certain high thrill rides.
** Do not wear scarfs or shawls while enjoying a ride to ensure the safety of all the visitors at park.
** Pregnant Women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
** Parents are advised to pay special attention to their Children. Children should be accompanied by adults.
** Guests below stipulated height and guests above certain weights are not permitted in some rides.
** Guests may have to leave the park even before closing time if the situation warrants.
** The management reserves the right to close any ride at any time for safety/technical reasons without prior notice.
** The management has the right to cancel the ticket and remove any person from the park premises, if misbehavior or violation of park rules is reported from his/her part.
** Smoking is prohibited in the common areas of the park. Kindly use the specified area for the same.
** Pet animals are not allowed inside the park.
** Child ticket-for kids within a height of 85cm and 140cm. If the height of the kids are found to be above 140cm during the entry verification, the guest would need to upgrade the ticket to an adult ticket paying the differential amount at the park ticket counter.
** Only one time entry is permitted per ticket and no subsequent entry would be permitted due to security reasons even in the case the guest needs a re-entry during the day of visit.
** Black Thunder Theme Park (P) Ltd, reserves the right to cancel tickets if they are found to be misused or misappropriated.
** To ensure the safety of our guests, height and weight restrictions are applicable for certain rides.
