Wonder World Waterpark & Resort Refund & Reschedule Policy
Refund:
The amount deposited through Payment Gateway for your booking at Wonder World is Non-refundable and can only be rescheduled within 30 days with an offline credit note.
By Credit Card:
If the payment is made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Maestro), it cannot be refunded. You can only reschedule your trip within 30 days. Wonder World will not entertain any offers for rescheduling your trip. The customer who requests the rescheduling of your trip, under the terms of the previous sections, must request by e-mail to the address – info [at] wonderworld.com, and must mention the following information:
** Order number/purchase order
** Copy of proof of payment
** Name of the account holder
** New Date of trip holder
Reschedule Policy:
** Reschedule should be made before 72 hours from the date of check-in into the resort or water park at Wonder World.
** No offer will be entertained to reschedule your trip. Rescheduling is not allowed after the end of the 2nd calendar day prior to the date of the ticket(s) purchased.
** Any changes to the date of ticket(s) purchased will be subject to the maximum capacity of Wonder World for the intended day, defined in accordance with the security rules imposed by law and by health authorities.
** If you wish to change the date of use of the ticket(s) previously purchased, you must do so at least 72 hours before the date for which the ticket(s) has been originally purchased.
Terms and Conditions:
** Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and non-replaceable if lost or stolen and will be void if altered.
** Re-entry is not allowed.
** Food and Beverages from outside are strictly not allowed into the Water Park.
** Kids ticket for height between 3’3” to 4’6”, and above – Adult ticket.
** Cigarettes, alcohol, Thambaku, Gutka and Chewing gums are not allowed in to the Water Park.
** The Management reserves all the right of admission.
** Only Nylon or Polyester Swim Wear is mandatory to utilize any Water Rides/Pools.
** Any clothing or accessory deemed as potentially damaging to the slides will not be permitted.
** People with long hair are recommended to wear a Swimming Cap.
** Maintain discipline in ride queue area and don’t jump the queue. It will make sure that everyone enjoys the ride equally well.
** Pregnant Women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
** Please follow safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators and instructions displayed near the rides.
** Management shall not be held liable for loss of any valuables or other personal property left at the park. Please take care of your belongings.
** Guest may be revoked and ejected from the park without refund, if misused or violated the park policies, safety instructions, rules or regulations.
** Management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings of the guests.
** Limited locker on rental basis is available for your convenience. Please do not leave valuables unattended.
** Guests are advised to empty the lockers with care before handing the key to the management. Management is not responsible for items left behind in the lockers.
** Management reserves the right to stop taking picture or video recording.
