How To Book Mirasol Water Park Ticket?

Note:
1. Including Veg Lunch and Evening HI-TEA (4:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
2.Please take a print out of Online Ticket received on your registered mail id for direct entry into the park to avoid waiting at counters.
3.Every person in your group will need to carry their original ID card.
4.We consider 3 feet to 4.5 feet as Children, Above 4.5 feet will be considered as Adult.
Mirasol Water Park Reservation & Cancellation Policy
** Check-In time is 12 noon and Check-Out Time is 10 a.m. If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your holiday program, kindly inform us about the same.
** Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.
** Cancellation or Alteration in bookings is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Check-In date.
** Kindly also refer our Reservation/Cancellation or Amendment Policy. Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure.
** PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.
** Locker is available at Mirasol Waterpark for Rs.100/- rent and Rs. 100/- as security deposit.
** We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
** A minimum of 20 people in attendance is required to start the Water Park on any day and a minimus of 50 people in attendance are required to start the wave pool on any day.
** We suggest to kindly call us on +91 97232 57207 to confirm on the day of your visit.
** Rights of starting the waterpark remains solely with the management.
Cancellation Policy:
** Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 1 nights tariff.
** No shows and cancellations made 0 to 7 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the booking. In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.
** Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.
Amendment Policy:
** Amendments will be treated as cancellation.
** Any refund will take at least 15 days to process.
