How To Cancel TGSRTC Bus Ticket Online?
To cancel Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) Bus Ticket Online, Follow the below steps

Step-1 : Go to the link https://www.tgsrtcbus.in/manage-bookings.html
Step-2 : Enter your Ticket Number and the email address used while booking the ticket
Step-3 : Click on “Submit” button.
Terms & Conditions On TGSRTC Bus Ticket Cancellation
1. For cancellation of tickets, cancellation fee is calculated on the journey fare applicable as per the mentioned slabs here.
2. Cancellation of tickets with discounts will be as per the rules in force. However, cancellation charges will be worked out on the collected fare of the ticket and refund amount will be fare collected less cancellation fee. Further, cancellation charges are applicable on actual fare only.
3. Reservation fee, Safety fee and service charges are not refundable.
4. The cancellation for e-ticket and refund rules slab wise (excluding the reservation fee, which is non refundable) are as follows:

Service Cancellation by TGSRTC:
a) If service is cancelled by TGSRTC for any reason, customer can cancel the ticket within 15 days from the date of journey to get full refund.
b) Cancellation is not allowed after 15 days from the date of journey.
Postponement/Preponement:
No postponement / preponement of the journey is allowed in e-ticketing.
Cancellation Policy:
** Less than 1 hours from the main station departure time 100% Cancellation Charges
** Between 1 Hrs to 2 Hrs from the main station departure time 50% Cancellation Charges
** Between 2 Hrs to 24 Hrs from the main station departure time 25% Cancellation Charges
** Between 1 to 2 days before main station departure time 10% Cancellation Charges
** Between 2 to 30 days before main station departure time 0% Cancellation Charges
Refund Procedure of TGSRTC Bus Ticket
1. In respect of tickets cancelled by the passenger, TGSRTC will refund the amount applicable to the concerned Credit card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI account by TGSRTC.
2. In respect of refunds due to ticket not booked but amount debited to passenger’s account, passenger is requested to send an e-mail to online.support@tsrtcbus.in mentioning USERID / Ticket number of the transaction. Officials of TGSRTC will verify the details and refund the amount to the concerned Credit card / Debit Card account.
3. Refunds to passengers will be given normally in one month, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail. If refunds are delayed more than a month, passengers may contact helpline telephone number at 040 69440000 / 040 23450033 from 04:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs.
