How To Cancel APSTS Bus Ticket?
All eTicket cancellation refunds may process through payment gateway, i.e. passenger may get refund amount in their bank account/card /wallet through which they book eTicket. To cancel booking made through a registered account, Please login and cancel the ticket

Passengers will be given normally in one month, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail. If refunds are delayed more than a month, passengers may contact helpline telephone number at 9863319884, apsts-arn[at]gov[dot]in , sts[dot]help-arn[at]gov[dot]in
Cancellation Policy of APSTS Bus Ticket
** Cancellation/Refund/Rescheduling Ticket booked through Online, refund will be done to their respective Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Bank Accounts according to the Bank procedure. No refund will be done at our ticket booking counters
** From 2 Hrs To 0 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 100% amount will be deducted.
** From 24 Hrs To 2 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 50% amount will be deducted.
** For cancellation done anytime before the 24 Hrs of scheduled departure time, 25% amount will be deducted.
** Reservation Fee is non-refundable except in case of 100% cancellation of tickets, if we cancel the service for operational or any other reasons.
** Payment Gateway Service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation/ failure transactions in e-ticketing.
** Partial cancellation is allowed for which cancellation terms & conditions will apply.
About APSTS:
Arunachal Pradesh State Transport Services (APSTS) started functioning in the State On 5th of December’ 1975. Initially it started functioning with 02 (two) buses from Khonsa(Dist TIrap) to Naharkatia (Dist Dibrugarh) of Assam with the Prime motto of providing safe, regular, reliable and economical bus service.
APSTS strives to provide safe and affordable public transport service to the common people of Arunachal Pradesh by connecting all administrative centres and others far-flung areas.
At present department has a fleet strength of 280 buses covering 119 routes connecting almost all the District HQ in the State as well as other administrative centres. Department has 15 (fifteen) full-fledged stations in the districts and 7 Sub-Stations.
It has Inter-State Bus Services connecting all neighbouring states of Assam, Meghalaya and Nagaland. In addition Cargo and Sumo services are being operated from almost all stations. The Department has a total of 280 Buses as well as 44 (Forty-Four) Sumos and 30 (Thirty) Xylos for far and remote places.
