How To Cancel RailRestro Order?
Looks like you have placed a wrong order and want to cancel it!! Submit us the details and we’ll take care of it within no time. Happy to assist you in your train food ordering. You can cancel your order until one hour before the scheduled arrival of the train where your food is to be delivered. Call our customer support executives at 8102202203 and our team will be happy to help you.
For prepaid orders, there is an administrative fee of 10% for cancellation up to 24 hours before the delivery time, and 25% for cancellation up to one hour before the delivery time. Sorry, the credit card companies charge us twice: once for getting your order paid and second for refunding you in case of cancellation. Your money will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
