Note:
Treks should be booked atleast 1 days in advance. Further, advance bookings are allowed only upto 30 days. All trekkers must carry the original identity card used during the ticket booking process. The original ID must be presented on the day of the trek for verification. We request all participants to read and follow these guidelines before making a booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy of Karnataka Aranya Vihaara

** A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made up to 8 days before the trekking date.
** No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the trekking date (including the 7th day).
** No bookings will be accepted against cancellations.
