Important Visitor Notice:
** If a tourist brings the mobile during the day safari, it will have to be deposited at the locker facility provided at the gate.
** In Writ Petition (Civil) No. 202/1995, I.A. No. 20650/2023, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, passed a judgment on November 17, 2025, the relevant portion of which states: “48.5 Use of mobile phones within tourism zones of the core habitat of tiger reserves should not be permitted;”
** In compliance with the above order, the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited in the tourism zones within Corbett Tiger Reserve.
** All tourists are respectfully requested not to bring mobile phones with them during their safari in Corbett Tiger Reserve. Please leave your mobile phones at your accommodation before entering the safari area.
** All tourists/visitors are required to present a hard copy (printout) of their online reserved permit and a valid identity card (original ID) to the concerned gate/reception in-charge at the time of entry.
